Shipping and Returns

Delivery:

Shipping rates for New Zealand.

Under $200 – $7

Over $200 – Free 

Orders are shipped via Poste Haste or NZ Post and typically arrive within 2–3 business days. Boards are typically delivered to your nearest Mainfreight or TGE depot within 3–5 working days.

All goods are packed with care. Please inspect your items—especially boards—before signing for them. If any damage is visible, note this with the delivery driver and contact us immediately so we can follow up with the courier. If goods are signed for without inspection and damage is discovered later, freight companies typically will not accept liability.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

If Natural Highs makes an addressing error, we will cover the cost of re-delivery, replacement, or refund. However, if an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied by the customer, Natural Highs will not refund or resend the order, and any associated correction costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Natural Highs does not accept liability for international orders that are lost, delayed, damaged, or held by customs. We recommend checking your local import regulations to avoid restricted items or customs issues.

International Orders:

Australia

We use either NZ Post or DHL, tracked and signed for upon delivery.

Shipping to Australia is free for all orders over $500. Note that this does not apply to boards. Please contact us for a quote for board shipments. For orders under $500, a flat rate of $45 applies.

GST is removed at the checkout once an Australian address has been entered.

Returns Guarantee

Shop with confidence at Natural Highs. We offer a 14-day Returns Guarantee for New Zealand customers, and 30 days for Australian customers from the date of purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, follow the steps below for an exchange, refund, or store credit:

  1. Contact us to arrange your return. Options include exchange, refund, or credit. Call 021 864 529 or email justin@naturalhighs.nz

  2. Repack the item securely. Returned items must be in re-saleable condition to qualify.

  3. Include your packing slip as proof of purchase. Be sure it includes your name, address, phone number, and email. Retain a copy for your records.

  4. Return the package to:

Please note: Cash on Delivery returns will not be accepted, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

In line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, if goods are faulty or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.


Returns Options

  • Exchange: If you’re unhappy with your item, we’re happy to exchange it for another of equal value. Proof of purchase is required, though this may be waived at our discretion.

  • Refund: You are eligible for a full refund under our 14-day Returns Guarantee, using the original payment method. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Store Credit: Prefer to shop later? We’ll issue your refund as a gift voucher, usable online or in-store. Credit is subject to our standard gift voucher terms and conditions.
