By engaging in any transaction with Natural Highs, including the purchase of goods and services (“products”) and the use of the website at ‘www.naturalhighs.nz‘ (“the website”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are effective from 08/10/2023, superseding all prior terms of trade from Natural Highs and any conditions presented in documents used by you with purported contractual effect.
We retain the right to modify these terms of trade with notice to you, which may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.
To make a purchase from our online shop, you must be 18 years of age or older.
Purchases from our online shop are restricted to individuals acquiring goods or services for personal use or consumption. You are prohibited from acquiring goods from us for resupply, whether in trade or otherwise.
If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity, such as a company, you warrant that you have the authorization to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of that entity.
Availability and Supply
All orders are subject to product or service availability. In the event a product is unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you on our online shop.
Delivery and Delivery Charges
Prices listed on our website exclude applicable delivery charges. We exclusively deliver to New Zealand street addresses. Delivery costs are specified on our website, and the total delivery cost will be provided in your online shopping basket.
We commit to dispatching tangible goods promptly after an order is placed, using all reasonable endeavors.
Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) unless stated otherwise. Prices are accurate at the time of publication, and we reserve the right to modify them at any time.
An invoice will be emailed to you at the provided email address, and you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your contact details.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of items ordered and the delivery location (North Island or South Island). The cost is displayed at online checkout before final payment.
We aim to ship items promptly, typically on the next working day after receiving your order. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery (North Island) or 3-5 working days (South Island).
Priority/urgent shipping is available upon direct contact with us.
Tracking information for your shipment can be provided upon request.
Gift Vouchers
Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Redeemable in-store for products or services not explicitly detailed.
Online redemption allowed, with the value equal to or lower than the purchase amount.
Non-redeemable for cash or refund.
Bookings are essential for all instruction and rental services.
Email delivery within one working day; processing time applies.
Returns
Product returns accepted for faulty or defective items. Contact us by phone or email for return instructions.
Our goal is to provide suitable products; if a purchased product isn’t fit for the intended purpose, we may offer an exchange/store credit.
We don’t accept ‘change of mind’ returns/refunds but may consider an exchange/store credit.
We reserve the right to assess products for damage before issuing a refund or exchange.
Return shipping and resupply costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Compliance with New Zealand consumer laws, including the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Liability Limitation
For business-related acquisitions, Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 provisions do not apply, and other implied conditions are excluded.
