Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By engaging in any transaction with Natural Highs, including the purchase of goods and services (“products”) and the use of the website at ‘www.naturalhighs.nz‘ (“the website”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are effective from 08/10/2023, superseding all prior terms of trade from Natural Highs and any conditions presented in documents used by you with purported contractual effect. 

Delivery and Delivery Charges

Prices listed on our website exclude applicable delivery charges. Delivery costs are specified on our website, and the total delivery cost will be provided in your online shopping basket.

We commit to dispatching  goods promptly after an order is placed, using all reasonable endeavors.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) unless stated otherwise. Prices are accurate at the time of publication, and we reserve the right to modify them at any time.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement, governed by New Zealand laws, applies regardless of your location during goods or services receipt.

Claims or disputes fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

You are responsible for providing accurate purchase information; incorrect information incurs recoverable costs.

Use of our website, products, and services must comply with the laws of your business or organization’s country.

Failure to enforce terms doesn’t waive rights; invalid provisions don’t affect remaining terms.
